Sky.com runs first homepage takeover for Golden Compass film

Entertainment Film Distributors (EFD) will take over the Sky.com homepage for 24 hours, marking the first time an advertiser has enjoyed exclusivity of the Sky.com portal.
The deal includes ownership of all advertising positions, including leaderboards and MPUs. Uniquely, EFD will also be the first advertiser to occupy a space within Sky.com’s dynamic video carousel which offers editorialised video highlights on sky.com.
Sitting alongside Sky’s rich video content contained within the carousel, visitors to Sky.com will be able to watch a bespoke online trailer and read about the movie. In addition, visitors will then be able to click through to further in-depth content, as part of an integrated campaign with Sky Digital Media to promote the release.
